Here in Britain we have postmen, post offices, and postboxes.When the postie comes in the morning (or afternoon sometimes) he is delivering our post.
So why, when I send a message by computer, is it an email?
The time has come to change it.

It's like email, but it prefers jam sandwiches, and tea.
*Hmmm, on the side of Postman Pat's van, it says Royal Mail. We'll gloss over that.

ReplyDeleteIn Sweden we have adopted the english word e-mail (also pronounced in english), but in Swedish, it's e-post.
ReplyDeleteSo Britain and Sweden can share ePost. The rest of the world can carry on with their mail.
